The postage cost will come up as $0 for all items unless express post or registered mail is chosen (additional cost applies for express and registered mail). 

At the end of this promotion (likely to be the end of January) normal postage costs (to Australia) are as follows:

0-125 grams - $2.60
125-250g is $5.80
250-500g - $6.00
500g – 3 kg – $10.90
Over 3 kg – $18.00

The shipping cost will display in the checkout area & is calculated by the total weight. Upon entering the checkout area you may also choose registered mail which is an additional $3.00

We have now added the option of express post. The additional cost for express post is $6.40 on top of the standard shipping fee. This option can be chosen as you enter your details in the checkout (and then enter update to see the revised amount). Express post is not available for the dog potty as this is a large item and is sent by road.

Please note we are out of the 'next day delivery guarantee' area. However express post is still much faster than standard shipping.

Our aim is to always post within 2 days of the order coming through (usually the next day, and at times the same day!) In most cases we will email you to let you know either when your item is in the mail or when we can post. It is very rare for us to delay postage and we will always contact you if there was going to be a delay or if we were out of stock.
