What is a Haqihana?

The Haqihana Harness is handmade paying great attention to detail, with safety and comfort paramount for the dog. The harness does not cause pain, friction or injury to the skin and does not limit movement in any way or create any other discomfort. The two buckles make putting on and removing the harness a breeze for both dog and owner.

MANUFACTURE

The harness & leads are handmade paying great attention to detail. In fact  safety and comfort for the dog are very important. All parts are sewn together with secure stitching and the overlapping parts, which have contact with the skin, are finished with a special stitching to avoid any  rubbing, particularly in the short-haired dog.

DESIGN

They are made in Italy to Haqihana design, paying great attention to detail.

The 3m leads have been designed so that you can loop the leash to shorten it to 1.5 metres long to keep your dog close by when necessary, and then extend to the full 3 metres when you’re dog is free to wander and smell all the wonderful scents in his surroundings.

WEBBING

Haqihana products are made from high tenacity spun-dyed polyamide webbing which guarantees colour homogeneity and resistance. The special characteristics of polyamide (nylon) make it particularly suitable for a harness and leash production. In fact, amongst synthetic fibbers nylon is well known for its softness, optimal strength-to-weight ratio, abrasion resistance and chemical and biological stability. Finally, it is fully recyclable. The webbing is made in Italy to Haqhiana design.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Haqihana harnesses and leads can be washed by hand or in the washing machine on the delicate cycle (we suggest putting them in a delicates wash bag). Wash them with the same care you would use to wash a wool sweater for example (delicate detergent and cold or room temperature water, hang dry).

GUARANTEE AND REPAIRS

The guarantee covers the harnesses and leads for 5 years from purchase date – with repair or replacement – against all faults, breakage or that which is not considered normal wear and tear. Haqihana reserves the right to verify the correct use of the harnesses and leads. (For example chewing of the harnesses or leads or failing to follow washing instructions is not considered correct usage). Haqihana also provides a repair service for a fee in all other cases where the repair is technically possible.
